The ‘Thermal Power Switch’ (TPS) from Matsuo is not a simple bimetal thermostat, but a high-quality and precise thermal switch. In terms of precision and price, the TPS falls between a bimetal thermostat and an electronic on/off controller.

  • Various versions (housings)

  • Long service life (standard 100,000 switching cycles)

  • Different contact configurations and switching actions

  • 2A and 5A series, also with contacts for low currents (mA)

  • Various switching tolerances and hysteresis (differentials)

  • ‘High Temp’ versions up to +450°C
