Polyimide heating foils are ideal for applications with space and/or weight constraints, or where the heating foil is exposed to vacuum, oil, or chemicals. The heating foils are thin, lightweight, flexible, robust, precise, and highly reliable.

In addition to custom-made solutions, we also supply a number of standard models. These are often used to gain a well-founded understanding of the required power before moving on to a customer-specific solution. Our self-adhesive standard models come with an adhesive layer (PSA) and 20 cm connection wires. The standard models do not have a polyimide top layer but feature a two-component, thermally cured coating. For custom solutions, we can equip the heaters with a polyimide top layer.
