Mica heating foils
Mica heating foils provide the highest power density (up to 5 W/cm²) and the highest temperatures (up to +600°C). In addition, these heating foils are faster and more efficient than conventional mica strip heaters. Installation is done using clamps.
Mica heating foils can be pre-shaped for mounting on a cylindrical heatsink if desired and can be equipped with one or more temperature sensors.

In addition to custom-made solutions, we also supply a number of standard models. These are often used to gain a well-founded understanding of the required power before moving on to a customer-specific solution. The standard models come with 20 cm connection wires and must be clamped for installation.
